Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs in cold water and peel them.
  3. Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  4. In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, sriracha, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  6. Garnish with chopped chives.
  7. Serve chilled.
