A flavorful twist on classic deviled eggs with spicy sriracha.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Chopped chives for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the eggs for 10 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in cold water and peel them.
- Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, sriracha, salt, and pepper.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with chopped chives.
- Serve chilled.
