A flavorful and creamy spicy southern cheesy chicken spaghetti casserole.
Ingredients

- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheese, bell pepper, onion, jalapeños, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or fewer jalapeños.
- This dish can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
