Spicy shrimp tacos with fresh mango salsa.
Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup mango, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shrimp, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink.
- In another bowl, combine mango, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice for salsa.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble tacos by placing shrimp in tortillas and topping with mango salsa.

- Adjust spices to your taste.
- Serve immediately for best flavor.
- Can add avocado for extra creaminess.
