Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 avocado, diced

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- In a bowl, layer cooked rice, shrimp mixture, and diced avocado.
- Garnish with green onions.
