A flavorful spicy shrimp dip inspired by Louisiana cuisine.
Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook shrimp over medium heat until pink. Remove from heat.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add cheddar cheese, green onions, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Fold in cooked shrimp.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
- Serve warm with chips or crackers.

- Adjust hot sauce to your spice preference.
- Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
