- 1 lemon, juiced
- 4 cups fish stock
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add chili flakes and cook for another minute.
- Pour in fish stock and bring to a boil.
- Add fish fillets and lemon juice, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and adjust lemon juice to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
