Instructions

- In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, paprika, and black pepper.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring they are coated.
- Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- In another bowl, combine Korean chili sauce, honey, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
- Toss the baked cauliflower in the sauce until well coated.
- Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
