Ingredients

- 500g chicken breast, diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chili paste
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, chili paste, honey, rice vinegar, and salt.
- Add diced chicken to the marinade. Mix well and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add the marinated chicken.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less chili paste.
- Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
