Description

Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, chili paste, honey, rice vinegar, and salt.
  2. Add diced chicken to the marinade. Mix well and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the marinated chicken.
  4. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less chili paste.
  • Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
