Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, parmesan, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the shrimp in the mixture until well coated.
- Skewer the shrimp for grilling.
- Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, mix lemon juice, mayonnaise, parsley, and dill to make the aioli.
- Serve the shrimp with the lemon herb aioli on the side.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before use.
- Adjust red pepper flakes to control spice level.
