Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, parmesan, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss the shrimp in the mixture until well coated.
  4. Skewer the shrimp for grilling.
  5. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix lemon juice, mayonnaise, parsley, and dill to make the aioli.
  7. Serve the shrimp with the lemon herb aioli on the side.

Notes

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before use.
