Description

A flavorful dish of spicy garlic chicken stir fry served with rice.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add chicken, cook until browned.
  4. Add bell pepper and broccoli, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Mix soy sauce and chili sauce, pour over chicken and vegetables.
  6. Cook for 2 more minutes.
  7. Serve over cooked rice.
