A flavorful dish of spicy garlic chicken stir fry served with rice.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cups cooked rice
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chicken, cook until browned.
- Add bell pepper and broccoli, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce and chili sauce, pour over chicken and vegetables.
- Cook for 2 more minutes.
- Serve over cooked rice.

- Adjust chili sauce for desired spiciness.
- Use any vegetables you prefer.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 2 days.
