Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumbers thinly.
  2. Sprinkle salt over the cucumbers and let them sit for 10 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix sugar, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and chili flakes.
  4. Rinse the cucumbers and drain the excess water.
  5. Add the cucumbers to the bowl and mix well.
  6. Stir in green onions and sesame oil.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
