- 1 pound of chicken breast, diced

- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of chipotle in adobo sauce
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add diced chicken, cook until browned and fully cooked.
- Stir in heavy cream and chipotle sauce.
- Add paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Combine the pasta with the sauce and chicken. Stir to coat.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
