Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken slices with Cajun seasoning.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
