A flavorful dish of fettuccine pasta tossed with spicy Cajun chicken and creamy sauce.
Ingredients

- 8 oz fettuccine
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1/2 cup onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
- Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and slice into strips.
- In the same skillet, add bell peppers and onions, sauté until soft.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Add cooked fettuccine and chicken, toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper, serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less Cajun seasoning.
- For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
- Garnish with parsley if desired.
