Description
A unique jelly made from dandelion flowers and flavored with cinnamon.
Ingredients

- 2 cups dandelion flowers
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 packet pectin
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Wash the dandelion flowers thoroughly.
- Boil the flowers in water for 10 minutes.
- Strain the liquid to remove the flowers.
- Add lemon juice, pectin, and sugar to the liquid.
- Stir in ground cinnamon.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
- Let cool at room temperature.
Notes
- Use fresh dandelions, free from pesticides.
- Adjust sugar according to taste.
- Store in a cool, dark place.
