Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 packet pectin
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Wash the dandelion flowers thoroughly.
  2. Boil the flowers in water for 10 minutes.
  3. Strain the liquid to remove the flowers.
  4. Add lemon juice, pectin, and sugar to the liquid.
  5. Stir in ground cinnamon.
  6. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
  8. Let cool at room temperature.
