Ingredients

- 200g spaghetti
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
- Add the cooled spaghetti to the vegetable mixture.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
