Ingredients

- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, canned or frozen
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 4 large tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, black beans, corn, and red bell pepper.
- Spread salsa on each tortilla.
- Add the chicken mixture to each tortilla.
- Top with avocado slices, lettuce, and cheese.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly and slice in half.
