Ingredients

  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Cranberry sauce – 1 can
  • Sweet potatoes – 4, peeled and cubed
  • Marshmallows – 1 cup
  • Pecan pie – 1

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Prepare the turkey by rubbing it with butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Stuff the turkey with a mixture of chopped onion, celery, and carrots.
  4. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth around it.
  5. Roast the turkey for about 3 hours, basting occasionally.
  6. In a separate pot, cook green beans in olive oil until tender.
  7. Boil sweet potatoes until soft, then mash and top with marshmallows.
  8. Prepare the stuffing according to the package instructions.
  9. Serve turkey with stuffing, green beans, sweet potatoes, and cranberry sauce.
  10. Finish the meal with a slice of pecan pie.
