- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the eggs for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in ice water.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix well.
- Pipe or spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.
- Chill before serving.
