Classic Southern-Style Deviled Eggs with a creamy filling.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water.
- Simmer for 10-12 minutes, then cool in ice water.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
- Mash the mixture until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
