Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups hot water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add milk and melted butter to the mixture and stir until combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and hot water.
  6. Pour the brown sugar mixture over the batter in the baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is set.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
