Ingredients

  3. Gently fold in the blackberry mixture.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  5. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  6. During the last few minutes of churning, add crumbled biscuit cookies.
  7. Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
