Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix bananas, sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add butter to the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in milk and vanilla until combined.
- Spread the banana mixture in a baking dish.
- Pour the batter over the bananas.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
