Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup ground beef
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
Instructions
- Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast; let sit for 10 minutes.
- Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
- Add yeast mixture to flour; knead until smooth.
- Cover dough and let rise for 1 hour.
- Cook beef with green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic in a pan.
- Divide dough into small pieces; flatten each piece.
- Place beef mixture in the center of each piece.
- Seal the dough around the filling.
- Place buns in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes.
