A delicious and creamy dessert salad featuring snowflake coconut, Oreos, and whipped topping.
Ingredients

- 1 package of Oreo cookies (14.3 oz)
- 1 cup of shredded coconut
- 1 container of whipped topping (8 oz)
- 1 can of crushed pineapple (20 oz, drained)
- 1 cup of mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Crumble the Oreo cookies into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the crumbled Oreos, shredded coconut, whipped topping, crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, and chopped nuts.
- Mix everything together until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Serve in individual bowls or on a platter.
Notes
- This salad can be made a day in advance.
- Feel free to adjust the amount of coconut and nuts to your preference.
- For a lighter version, use light whipped topping.
