Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
- Gradually add the flour, salt, and chopped nuts, mixing until combined.
- Shape the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Roll the warm cookies in powdered sugar and let them cool completely.
