Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Gradually add the flour, chopped nuts, and salt. Mix until combined.
  5. Shape the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  6. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden.
  8. Let the cookies cool for a few minutes, then roll them in powdered sugar.
  9. Allow cookies to cool completely and roll in powdered sugar again if desired.
