Delicious snickerdoodle truffles coated in cinnamon sugar.
Ingredients

- 1 cup vanilla cake mix
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon (for coating)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cake mix, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Form small balls from the mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Place the coated truffles back on the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate until set, about 15 minutes.
Notes
- Store truffles in an airtight container.
- These truffles can be frozen for up to a month.
- Adjust cinnamon to taste if desired.
