Description

Delicious snickerdoodle truffles coated in cinnamon sugar.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla cake mix
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cake mix, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
  3. Form small balls from the mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave.
  5. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  6. Place the coated truffles back on the baking sheet.
  7. Refrigerate until set, about 15 minutes.

Notes
