A delicious blend of snickerdoodle cookies and banana bread.
Ingredients

- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
- Stir in melted butter until well combined.
- Add sugar, egg, and vanilla extract; mix well.
- Mix in baking soda and salt.
- Add flour and stir until just combined.
- In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and remaining sugar for topping.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
- Let the bread cool before slicing.
- Store in an airtight container for freshness.
