Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add patties and cook until browned on both sides.
- Remove patties and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add onions and cook until soft.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring until thickened.
- Return patties to the skillet, cover with gravy, and simmer for 10 minutes.
