Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  3. Brown the chicken on both sides, about 5 minutes each side.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.

  6. Add chicken broth and scrape the bottom of the skillet.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 25 minutes.
  8. Add heavy cream, stir, and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
