Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Brown the chicken on both sides, about 5 minutes each side.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add sliced onions and garlic to the skillet, sauté until softened.
- Add chicken broth and scrape the bottom of the skillet.
- Return chicken to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 25 minutes.
- Add heavy cream, stir, and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
