Ingredients

  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 sheets nori (seaweed)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Combine the rinsed rice and water in a pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and let it sit for 10 minutes. Fluff the rice with a fork.
  4. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl until dissolved. Stir into the rice.
  5. Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat.
  6. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
  7. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the rice.
  8. Add a line of mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  9. Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat.
  10. Slice into pieces and serve.
