A fun twist on a classic treat, smores sushi combines the flavors of s’mores with the presentation of sushi.
Ingredients

- 2 cups sushi rice
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 sheets nori (seaweed)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Combine the rinsed rice and water in a pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it sit for 10 minutes. Fluff the rice with a fork.
- Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl until dissolved. Stir into the rice.
- Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat.
- Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the rice.
- Add a line of mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat.
- Slice into pieces and serve.

- Use a sharp knife to cut the sushi for clean edges.
- Experiment with different fillings like peanut butter or caramel.
- Serve immediately for the best texture.
