Delicious s’mores cookie cups filled with chocolate and marshmallows.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- Add the egg and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips and crushed graham crackers.
- Grease a muffin pan and scoop the dough into each cup.
- Press mini marshmallows into the center of each cookie cup.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let them cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Use different types of chocolate for variety.
- Can add more graham crackers for crunch.
