S’mores Cookie Cups: 5 Irresistible Bites of Joy

Description

Delicious s’mores cookie cups filled with chocolate and marshmallows.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips and crushed graham crackers.
  7. Grease a muffin pan and scoop the dough into each cup.
  8. Press mini marshmallows into the center of each cookie cup.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  10. Let them cool before serving.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container.
  • Use different types of chocolate for variety.
  • Can add more graham crackers for crunch.
