Delicious s’mores cookie bars with layers of chocolate and marshmallows.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup chocolate squares
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together.
- Add the eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients.
- Stir in chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs.
- Spread half the dough in a greased baking pan.
- Layer mini marshmallows and chocolate squares on top.
- Cover with the remaining dough.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can substitute dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
- Adjust marshmallow quantity to taste.
