Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups sweet potatoes, diced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread Brussels sprouts on a smoker-safe tray.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix sweet potatoes with olive oil and paprika.
  5. Place sweet potatoes on another tray.
  6. Smoke both trays for 1 hour.
  7. After 30 minutes, add green beans seasoned with garlic powder to the smoker.
  8. Continue smoking until all vegetables are tender.
