Description

A tasty twist on classic deviled eggs with smoked salmon.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 4 oz smoked salmon, chopped
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil eggs for 10 minutes. Transfer to cold water to cool.
  2. Peel the eggs and cut them in half. Remove yolks and place in a bowl.
  3. Add smoked salmon, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to yolks. Mix until smooth.
  4. Fill egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  5. Garnish with fresh dill.
  6. Chill before serving.
