Description
A tasty twist on classic deviled eggs with smoked salmon.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 4 oz smoked salmon, chopped
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions
- Boil eggs for 10 minutes. Transfer to cold water to cool.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half. Remove yolks and place in a bowl.
- Add smoked salmon, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to yolks. Mix until smooth.
- Fill egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with fresh dill.
- Chill before serving.
