- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup smoked Gouda cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Smoked paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs and let them cool.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, smoked Gouda, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
- Mash the mixture until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with smoked paprika before serving.
Notes
- For extra smokiness, use smoked paprika.
- Chill the eggs before serving for best flavor.
- Adjust seasonings to your preference.
