Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.
- Drain and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and gently smash each one with a fork.
- Drizzle the olive oil and sprinkle garlic, salt, and pepper over the potatoes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
