Description
This small batch dandelion jelly is a sweet and floral spread made from dandelion flowers.
Ingredients

- 2 cups dandelion flowers
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 package (1.75 oz) fruit pectin
- 5 cups sugar
Instructions
- Wash the dandelion flowers to remove any dirt.
- Boil the flowers in water for about 10 minutes.
- Strain the liquid to remove the flowers.
- Add lemon juice and pectin to the liquid.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then add sugar.
- Boil for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
- Let cool and store in the refrigerator.
Notes
- Use only the yellow petals of the dandelion flowers.
- Make sure to sterilize jars properly.
- Adjust sugar to taste if desired.
