 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
 - Add diced tomatoes, chicken broth, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
 - Season with salt and pepper.
 - Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
 - Stir in heavy cream and spinach in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
 - Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
