Ingredients

- 2 lbs round steak
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Cut the round steak into serving pieces.
- Season the steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place the steak in the slow cooker.
- Add the sliced onion, carrots, and celery on top of the steak.
- In a bowl, mix the beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour the mixture over the steak and vegetables.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
