Description
A simple and flavorful shrimp boil made in a slow cooker.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds shrimp, deveined
- 1 pound sausage, sliced
- 4 ears corn, cut into halves
- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 4 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 4 cups water
Instructions
- Add water, Old Bay seasoning, and lemon to the slow cooker.
- Layer potatoes and corn on the bottom.
- Add sausage slices on top of the vegetables.
- Place shrimp on top of the sausage.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Stir gently before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Use fresh shrimp for best flavor.
- This dish can be served with melted butter.
