A simple and flavorful shrimp boil made in a slow cooker.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds shrimp, deveined
  • 1 pound sausage, sliced
  • 4 ears corn, cut into halves
  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 4 cups water

Instructions

  1. Add water, Old Bay seasoning, and lemon to the slow cooker.
  2. Layer potatoes and corn on the bottom.
  3. Add sausage slices on top of the vegetables.
  4. Place shrimp on top of the sausage.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  6. Stir gently before serving.
