Description
A flavorful southern shrimp boil made in a slow cooker.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 4 ears corn, cut into thirds
- 1/2 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
- 4 cups water
- 1 lemon, halved
- 1 onion, quartered
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Add water, Old Bay seasoning, lemon, onion, and garlic to the slow cooker.
- Stir in potatoes and sausage. Cook on low for 4 hours.
- Add corn and shrimp. Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Drain and serve with melted butter.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Use fresh shrimp for best flavor.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator.
