Ingredients

  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 ears corn, cut into thirds
  • 1/2 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Add water, Old Bay seasoning, lemon, onion, and garlic to the slow cooker.
  2. Stir in potatoes and sausage. Cook on low for 4 hours.
  3. Add corn and shrimp. Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
  4. Drain and serve with melted butter.
