- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
- 3 ears corn, cut into thirds
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup seafood seasoning
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Place potatoes, corn, and sausage in the slow cooker.
- Add garlic, water, and seafood seasoning.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Add shrimp and lemon slices.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
