Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, mix beef broth, mushrooms, ketchup, and soy sauce.
- Pour the mixture over the meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Before serving, mix cornstarch with a little water and stir into the gravy to thicken.

- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
