Instructions
- Prepare the potatoes by washing and dicing them.
- Place the diced potatoes in the slow cooker.
- Add the butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Before serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley.
