- 3 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 packet Italian dressing mix
- 1 jar pepperoncini peppers
- 4 hoagie rolls
- Provolone cheese slices
Instructions
- Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
- Add beef broth and Italian dressing mix.
- Add pepperoncini peppers with their juice.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Shred the beef with two forks and mix it with the juices.
- Serve on hoagie rolls topped with provolone cheese.

- Serve with extra pepperoncini for added flavor.
