Ingredients

- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a slow cooker, add the beef bites.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Add minced garlic and halved potatoes.
- Melt butter and pour it over the ingredients.
- Stir to combine well.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until beef is tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
