- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 onion, chopped

- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except tortellini and cream in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Add tortellini and cream in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Stir well and serve hot.
