Ingredients

- 2 pounds potatoes, diced
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
- Add the onion and garlic, cooking until soft.
- Layer potatoes, beef mixture, black beans, and corn in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper over the layers.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Top with cheese and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
